lot has been play tested. does have some cc from the store. i can't find the file right now in my folder but when i find it i will package the store set up for you to download, there is just the the two, 2 seater's and the wall light's in the plant shop out of the set. you can still download this as your game will just replace these item's. you will also need the hedges from mod the sims get them HERE
ia'm not entirely satisfied with this lot, some of the tree's are nothing like the sims 2 and i couldn't find any cactus for the side of the house plus i don't much like to fill these lot's with too much cc.
