So here it is, it is finally finished after 4 days of hard work. i changed a lot of things and i am now finally very happy with the way this lot has turned out. this lot will require all ep's and sp's right u to Diesel as i have them all installed. 

this lot has

2 bedrooms

2 bathrooms

4 parking spaces

large outdoor pool

pool on the roof

hot tub

kids play park

2 very large but empty basements

a stable to house 2 horses

small training area for horses

room above the stable with some skill objects

unfurnished costs $235,700

this lot has been built on a 50x50 lot.

i have not used any cc objects or any custom made patterns.

i hope you and your simmies will enjoy using this lot. any problems with it please send me a private message. there are many things you can do with the 2 basements you could create your own tomb, have a wine cellar or even a big party room where your sims can get married and throw huge party's or even build more bedrooms if needed. this is why i did nothing with the basements as you can do as you want with them you could even add more basement space below if needed. i would love to see what you do with the basement space i have left you :)
