My first boat home build. it turned out really well. i was putting it off and off to build a boat home because i thought it would look awful, but i was wrong lol.
ok so this is the sea breeze. this is the perfect boat home for those sims who are party animals and love to throw party's. this would be a great boat too if you are trying to get that "throw 5 party's on a boat" badge from the sims3.com

i left one bedroom unfurnished but decorated so that you can furnish it just as you want to. this lot would be also good for a newlywed couple wanting to start a family.

i have not used any 3rd party cc but there is just 2 items from the store. im not sure if they will show up or not but it is just a small ornamental boat on the desk in the living area and a picture on the wall by the bookshelf also in the living area.you don't really need to get them or have them for the lot to work as the game will just replace the 2 items.
